Brianna Yrene Ramirez is an Afro-Caribbean Filmmaker and a current student at Columbia College Chicago. She has always loved writing, but it always seemed to be put on the backburner and just a hobby. The incredible details that makes words on a page come to life always interested her; and her passion for film came from the small details, it was then she decided to focus in the Producing and Production Design departments. Her work mostly focuses on stories that have something to say, whether that be racial, societal, or economical.
