About

Well With My Soul is a poetic and theatrical journey exploring the resilience and humanity found in everyday life, centered on Nia, a young Black woman navigating depression, grief and self-doubt. The play highlights the quiet heroism embedded in daily acts from family meals, small gestures of care to community support. These acts all demonstrate how ordinary moments can carry extraordinary strength.
